This Class A 349,800 SF industrial expansion brings the total square footage to 1.25M SF allowing it to continue to support BMW’s ongoing operational and logistics needs within Plant Spartanburg while further strengthening the Freeman Farms logistics and production ecosystem. The project reflects continued growth and investment in one of the Southeast’s most competitive industrial markets.
