Eric Schilling Named Vice President, Debt Capital Markets;
Josie Peacock Joins Capital Markets Team
CHICAGO, IL – Aug. 26, 2026 — Becknell Industrial today announced an expansion of its Capital Markets team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its national industrial real estate platform, deepening institutional capital relationships, and investing in the talent required to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Eric Schilling has been appointed Vice President, Debt Capital Markets, where he will lead Becknell’s debt capital markets strategy, lender relationships, financing execution, and capital structuring initiatives. Schilling has been with Becknell since 2018 and has supported the firm’s investments and capital markets activities, including development, acquisitions, and dispositions.
The company also announced that Josie Peacock has joined Becknell Industrial as Director of Investments & Capital Markets, further strengthening the firm’s capital markets team. In this role, she will be responsible for supporting capital formation initiatives, strengthening relationships with institutional investors, and helping execute the firm’s investment strategy.
