Canal Winchester is located 5 minutes from I-270, 15 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from Rickenbacker International Airport.
This is Becknell’s eighth investment in the Columbus market and its current in-service portfolio consists of 1.7M SF which is 100% occupied.
