At Becknell’s 800,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility in Stanton, Tennessee, a helicopter was used to move multiple Commercial Roof Top Air Conditioning Units (RTU) due to the width of the building and inability of a crane to reach. When moving the air conditioning units, they had to split the units into pieces because of their weight and then re-assembled once they were set up on the roof. This facility is expected to be complete by Q4 2024.
