Most recently, Becknell delivered a 471,205-square-foot tri-temperature distribution facility for KeHE Distributors in Phoenix, Arizona, and developed a 248,500-square-foot freezer-cooler facility in San Antonio, Texas featuring dedicated freezer, cooler, and refrigerated dock space. Becknell’s experience also includes fully refrigerated facilities, freezer environments, food processing facilities, and distribution centers serving some of the industry’s most recognized brands.

Delivered multiple freezer-intensive facilities, including LEED Silver projects in Schaumburg and Tinley Park, Illinois. Both facilities contain more than 70% freezer space, demonstrating Becknell’s expertise in highly specialized cold-storage environments.
