Becknell was up against a tight timeframe to deliver this build-to-suit for Landsberg, an international company that produces specialty packaging for food and other products. Working with Hancock County officials, Becknell was able to quickly navigate thru the incentives process and receive and early grading permit to commence construction. From start-to-finish, this 100,000 square foot building was delivered in less than 6 months, which allowed Landsberg to timely vacate its existing premises and move into Becknell’s new building.

Through the hard work and dedication of many local organizations and government leaders, Becknell was able to deliver this project on-time and on-budget. These partners included Indiana Economic Development Corporation, Hancock County Commissioners, Hancock County Council, The Peterson Company, Colliers International and Hancock Economic Development Council.
