Becknell Industrial is pleased to announce that Building 2 at Westpark Logistics Center in Whitestown, Indiana is 100% to leased to Scooter’s Coffee, a world-class franchise coffee company. We will soon welcome our new customer to our 183,033 SF Class A facility located on an approximately 17-acre site with state-of-the-art specifications including 32’ clear height, ESFR Sprinkler system, LED lighting, 18 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, and 52 trailer positions. 6441 S County Road 475 East in Whitestown, IN will be the largest of its company’s supply chain and will be able to support more than 300 Scooter’s Coffee locations and franchisees across several states with quicker delivery times.
