Steris - Park 100
The Steris building is the latest new Class A property located in Park 100 in Indianapolis. Becknell partnered with Alidade Capital to develop the property on a speculative basis in 2021. Becknell purchased Alidade’s ownership interest in the 178,266 square foot property on September 30, 2022 and is now the sole owner of the asset. Steris Corporation, a leading global provider of medical equipment for the US healthcare system, will occupy 100% of the building on a 15 year lease. The investment provides Becknell with a long-term, credit tenant lease in an irreplaceable location. The building was constructed on an 11.2 acre site, is 32’ clear, includes 18 dock doors and 119 car parking spaces. Associated Bank partnered with Becknell and provided financing for the project.
Park 100 is a premier location in Indianapolis, located in the west submarket and totals 18.8 million square feet. Park 100 provides easy access to the I-465 loop which allows tenants to ship product via the major interstates that intersect in Indianapolis with access to major US markets within 1–2 days travel time. Steris / Park 100 Building is Becknell’s fourth development in Park 100.
