Keeping a Pulse on the Market
Recognizing the continuing demand for industrial space in the Indianapolis market, Becknell strategically assembled nearly 275 acres of land in the Mount Comfort submarket in McCordsville, IN. This land position not only allowed for a cooperative transaction with Walmart for their new 2.2 million SF e-commerce distribution facility, but allows Becknell, and its partner CrossHarbor Capital Partners, to construct two spec projects.
These buildings, 260,000 SF and 390,000 SF will be located directly west of the proposed Walmart facility in the Becknell’s Mount Comfort Commerce Park and are scheduled to be completed in mid-2021.
