Becknell is proud to announce that is has been selected by one of the leading U.S. based electronics retailer to construct a nearly 750,000 square-foot distribution facility in south Cleveland. This is Becknell’s second project with this top-tier company. In 2017, Becknell constructed a 250,000 square-foot facility for the client in Aurora, CO.
Becknell, along with its partner Realty Income, has commenced construction on the building which will encompass more than 130 docks doors, over 350 trailer parking spaces and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter 2021. Becknell Industrial continues to pride itself on its ability to assist and accommodate its clients in expanding their national footprint.
