Project Update: Building 1 and 2 at Westlake Industrial Park Lot 24 in Jacksonville, Florida are shell complete. Building 1 is a rear-load 270,716 SF facility with 32’ clear height, 57 dock doors and 2 drive in doors. Building 2 is a cross-dock 419,280 SF facility with 36’ clear height, 92 dock doors, and 4 drive in doors. Building 1 and 2 are both strategically located within Jacksonville’s Westside submarket, offering proximity to Deep Water Port Terminals and access to the southeastern United States.
