Becknell Industrial announced today that it has hired Dan Fogarty as Senior Vice President - Development. A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Fogarty has extensive experience in acquisitions, leasing, asset management and ground-up development.
Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Dan served for eight years as Vice President and Market Officer at Conor Commercial Real Estate in Rosemont, Illinois where he was charged with the management of all existing industrial and office projects within the Midwest, as well as identifying new investment opportunities. Prior to his tenure at Conor, Dan also worked as a Vice President at InSite Real Estate in OakBrook, Illinois and Director of Leasing at First Industrial Realty Trust in Chicago, Illinois.

Utilizing his strong network with national and local brokerage firms, Mr. Fogarty will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and directing new build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities across the U.S.
