Project Update: Becknell is under construction and tilt-up concrete panels are going vertical at Building 3 at Old Augusta Commerce Center in Savannah, Georgia. Located only 10 miles from the Georgia Ports Authority, our shell delivery is expected Q4 2023 for our 1,112,108 SF state-of-the-art industrial building featuring 40’ clear height, 470 car parking spaces, 277 trailer parking spaces, and 226 dock doors.
