LAS VEGAS – Colliers International – Las Vegas represented Becknell Industrial in the $5.2 million purchase of 20.6 acres located on the SEC of Howdy Wells Road and Beesley Drive just west of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Becknell Industrial will shortly begin construction on the North Las Vegas Business Park, a two building industrial project totaling 297,243 SF.
The North Las Vegas Business Park will be located in the booming North Las Vegas Speedway area. Over the last 24 months this area has expanded with several high profile users such as Amazon, Sephora, Oatey, Fanatics and Bed Bath & Beyond to name a few.
Colliers International – Las Vegas’ Doherty Industrial Group was responsible for the transaction. The team is led by Dan Doherty, SIOR, executive vice president of the industrial division of Colliers International. Doherty has been one of the top five producers in the Las Vegas office for the past 20 years. Doherty and his team have brokered over 7.9 million square feet of industrial property over the past two years.
