Located in the Earth City Business Park, the property has excellent access to Interstates 70 and 270 which provides convenient access to the entire St. Louis MSA.
Built in 1987, the property is situated on 8.4 acres and features 24’ clear height, 10 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors. The property is fully leased to Automation Services, a global leader in high-quality remanufactured process controls that is known industry-wide for outstanding quality, on-time deliveries and exceptional service and support.
