Becknell Industrial announced today $22.8 million of new developments started in 2014 totaling 331,000 square feet which are 100 percent leased. The average lease term for these projects is 12 years.
Development highlights include the following new starts:

- In Greenwood, Indiana, a 100,440 square-foot industrial facility that will house Poynter Sheet Metal’s corporate headquarters and state of the art fabrication facility to support the Midwest’s leader in HVAC;
- Located in the Company’s NorthWinds Crossing Business Park in Hobart, Indiana, an 18,120 square-foot facility for Sun Belt Rentals; and
- In Liberty, Missouri, a 212,550 square-foot expansion of Cosma’s existing warehouse/manufacturing facility that Becknell constructed in 2013.
