Becknell Blue Diamond, has begun tilting walls! Located in the Southwest submarket the project contains two warehouse/distribution buildings. Building 1 consists of ±165,542 SF and features 29 dock doors, 1-grade level door, 1,600 amps of power, and 32’ clear height. Building 2 consists of ±88,950 SF and features 16 dock doors, 1-grade level door, 1,000 amps of power, and 32’ clear height.
