Terry Levin

VP - Development Management

Terry Levin was named was named Vice President of Development Management in April 2021.

Terry Levin is a licensed professional engineer that has been working with Becknell since 2007 and has nearly 18 years of experience in surveying and civil engineering. Terry manages the engineering department including work assignments, project tracking, design oversight, coordinate file management and provide department procedural documents, guidelines and checklists. He handles outside site

design coordination, including utilities, storm water management, traffic signals, permitting, and associated work for Becknell’s projects across the country. Terry

is responsible for managing the design consultants through the course of a construction project to ensure accurate and timely coordination of site, building, and utility design parameters.

Prior to joining Becknell, Terry worked for Torrenga Engineering, Inc. as a Field Surveyor, Project Engineer and Project Manager. He successfully designed and permitted a number of 20-120 acres of residential developments, large mixed use retail and commercial developments. Terry designed and permitted the 170 acre North Wind Crossings industrial park owned by Becknell in Hobart, IN before joining Becknell.

Terry graduated from Purdue University with an associate degree in construction management and architectural technology and from Valparaiso University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. For the past seven years, he has been active in being a little league coach and manager.
