Jason Conway joined Becknell Industrial as SVP - Development & Investments in April 2025.

With more than twenty years of real estate development experience in the industrial sector, both speculative and build-to-suit, Jason plays a key role in executing Becknell’s acquisition and development strategies. His extensive knowledge supports the growth of the company’s portfolio by helping identify and acquire development properties, secure necessary governmental approvals and entitlements, coordinate design and construction, and oversee marketing and leasing for each project.

Throughout his career, he has covered national account management, national marketing and real estate development, and has been involved with office and industrial projects totaling over 4 million square feet.

Jason received his Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Business Administration in International Business from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM).
