Brian Young is the leader of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Brokerage Group in the Greenville office. He oversees management responsibilities for the office as well as business development and recruiting. His background is in industrial brokerage for owners and users. Brian has an extensive knowledge in big box industrial space where he has serviced a number of institutional clients, corporations and equity firms throughout his career. Brian also serves several corporate clients internationally and has recently completed transactions in 10 states. Brian has lived in Greenville his entire life and has knowledge of the office, retail and capital markets as well.
