Becknell Industrial announced today that it has hired Curt Hefner as Senior Vice President - Investments. A ten-year real estate industry veteran, he will be responsible for business development focused on new build-to-suit opportunities across the U.S. Prior to joining Becknell, Curt served as Vice President - Leasing for Duke Realty Corporation where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of the Dallas industrial portfolio as well as new development projects.
Curt joins Pete Anderson on the Becknell Industrial Investments team. Pete joined the Company in late 2010 and was recently promoted to Executive Vice President - Investments. Pete brought with him over twenty-year’s experience in the commercial real estate industry, including fifteen years of direct acquisition, leasing and development experience throughout the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast. Prior to joining Becknell, Pete served for three years as a top broker at Cassidy Turley in Indianapolis and also spent more than 13 years at Duke Realty.
