Becknell Industrial announced today that it has hired Kelly Martin as Vice President - Investments. Kelly brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to Becknell. She will be responsible for business development focused on new build-to-suit opportunities across the Midwest and Southeast.

Most recently, Kelly served as an Advisor for CRESA where she worked with industrial corporate clients in lease, purchase and sale negotiations and on build-to-suit, new construction and tenant improvement needs. In her new role, Kelly will leverage her real estate experience and relationships to further grow Becknell’s presence throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
